Hannah Estates, a community of 51 Craftsman style homes that were built by Roth Homes and Hayden Homes between 2006 and 2013 is situated between Riderwood to its north and Lexington Estates to the south. Each lot size is more than 6,100 square feet, and the homes vary in size between approx. 1234 and 3066 square feet.

There are two large parks within a few blocks of the community: Lexington Park, located at 3000 21st AV with 10 acres, a basketball court, picnic tables, and playground and seasonal portable toilet and Lehigh located at 3100 17th AV SE with five acres, BBQ grills, picnic tables and a playground. This community is located close to Albany’s shopping hub with Fred Meyer, the Heritage Mall, Safeway and several other retailers. The Albany Public Library is also located very nearby.
